Basic Costs
$10.00 per week homes & condo’s less than 2000 sq. feet
$15.00 per week for homes and condo’s 2001 sq. feet to 3000 sq. feet
Negotiated price for homes 3001 sq. feet. and over
Only applies when home is vacant.
Basic Services Provided Includes: |
- Running A/C and Humidistat during inspection
- Running faucets
- Flushing toilets
- Running and lubricating sink disposal to
prevent “lock-up”
- Visual check for any water leaks
- Visual check for any signs of mildew or mold

- Visual inspection for any signs of insects or rodents
- Visual check of smoke detectors
- Turning off main water valve and water heater
- Verification that all doors and windows are secure
- Picking up mail, flyers, newspapers or packages
- Weekly report via email, fax or mail
