$10.00 homes & condo’s less than 2000 sq. feet
$15.00 for homes and condo’s 2001 sq. feet to 3000 sq. feet
Negotiated price for homes 3001 sq. feet. and over
Basic Services Provided Includes:
Running A/C and Humidistat during inspection
Running faucets
Flushing toilets
Running and lubricating sink disposal to
prevent “lock-up”
Visual check for any water leaks
Visual check for any signs of mildew or mold
Visual inspection for any signs of insects or rodents
Visual check of smoke detectors
Turning off main water valve and water heater
Verification that all doors and windows are secure
